Rare 2009 Alexander McQueen "Natural Distinction, Un-natural Selection" Collection dress.  Capped sleeves, low cut front.  Wool and silk blend. Made in Italy. Condition: Excellent.  This dress runs small. 35" bust, 29" waist, 35" hips.  Size 42 but fits like a current US 0 / 2
